The short version

This system sets no advertising cookie and loads no advertising tag of its own. What it stores is what it needs to keep you signed in and to remember the small choices you have made.

Strictly necessary cookies

leads_session. Holds your sign in for as long as you are signed in. Without it the system cannot tell one person from another. It carries no personal detail, only a reference to a session held on the server. It is removed when you sign out.

The keep me signed in choice. Where you tick that box, the same cookie is given a longer life. Nothing else is stored.

Preferences are stored on your account, not in a cookie

Your theme, your density, your motion setting, your hero background and the order you have arranged your dashboard into are all stored against your account in the database. They follow you to any device you sign in from, and clearing your browser does not lose them. That is a deliberate choice.

Measurement on the public website

The public website carries a first party measurement identifier, which records that a page was read, where the visitor arrived from, and whether they tapped WhatsApp, tapped call, or submitted an enquiry. It is first party, it belongs to the agency, and it is not shared.

Nothing measuring fires until a visitor accepts. The default is necessary cookies only. The consent state is recorded against the enquiry so that it is clear later what somebody agreed to.

Where the agency switches on a platform tag such as an analytics or social pixel, that tag is listed on the data sources page with the identifier in use, and it loads only after consent. No such tag is enabled by default.

A note on this document
